How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?
We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 10-15% buffer for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For complex patterns like herringbone, a 20% overage is suggested.
What is your return policy on tile orders?
Unused, full cartons of tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that custom mosaics and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Transit times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7-10 business days via specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Since tile is a natural product with variations in color and texture, seeing a sample in your home's lighting is the best way to ensure satisfaction.
Can your tiles be used in high-moisture areas like showers?
Most of our porcelain, glass, and natural stone tiles are suitable for wet areas. However, we recommend checking the specific product specifications or consulting with our team for submerged applications like pools.
What should I do if my tile arrives damaged?
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, note it on the driver's Bill of Lading and contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos so we can send replacements.
