At Artistic Tile, we strive to ensure your design vision is realized; if your selection is not the perfect fit, we accept returns on full-box quantities of stocked material within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or your sales representative to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.

• 2.
  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully repackage the tile in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all pieces are secure and the box is taped tightly to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Distribution Center

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outer shipping label and send the package to our designated warehouse facility using a tracked and insured carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned material to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 25% restocking fee.
